A: Anas KA (MDes, CPDM) has put together an unofficial list of requirements and a description of the procedure. You can find it at this link. Q: Will SC arrange transport from Railway Stations to IISc? A: Buses will be arranged from the Bangalore City Station and Yeshwanthpur Station only. Not from the other Stations. Buses with IISc banners will be there in the parking lot. Q: Will SC arrange transport from the Airport? A: No Q: How to reach IISc from airport? A:You can board Airport shuttle (Vayu Vajra Airport service), which connects airport through Mehkri circle,(2 km away from IISc). It is Air-conditioned Volvo bus service with fare worth Rs150 at frequency of 30 minutes. You can get three wheeler easily from Mehkri circle to reach IISc. (Bus no. BIAS-11,which passes through CNR Rao Circle (IISc Main Gate-Tata Institute))
