| Delegates are required to pay an additional fee (50% of the applicable registration fee) towards the registration of the accompanying spouse/accompanying
person. This fee entitles the spouse/accompanying person to the conference
sponsored lunch, dinner, social and cultural activities, and the public
lectures only. |
Online Registration for IISc Centenary Conference

Please fill in the details in the online registration form (you can edit
these subsequently), if you intend to register for the conference. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE BY 12.0 MIDNIGHT (IST), ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2008.
After filling in the form you will be able to print a hard copy of the
registration form with your details.

Registrants wishing to send DD/local Cheque are encouraged to fill the
Online Registration form. This will enable your information to
be entered in the Database and you can get a Print version of
the Registration form with your details filled in. This along with
the DD/local Cheque can be mailed to the Conference Secretariat.
If you fill the information online, you can also check the list of
registrants.
However, if you prefer to only use the hardcopy form, they are available
in doc and pdf format.

Cancellation policy: |
- Cancellations before November 30, 2008: 75% of the total registration fee
paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations after November 30, 2008: No refunds will be made.
